During the COVID-19 pandemic, telephone medical consultations and telematic training sessions were set up for patients treated in the Inflammatory Bowel Disease Unit of the Hospital Universitario 12 de Octubre, with the joint collaboration of the medical and nursing staff. We conducted a retrospective study to determine the degree of satisfaction between face-to-face and telematic care, showing that the quality of care perceived by patients has been maintained.
