Hi everyone, I am using an online questionnaire to explore the experiences of the transition from paediatric (children’s) to adult UK healthcare services in patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).

The questionnaire is anonymous, should take 15-20 minutes to complete and has received ethical approval from the University of Birmingham.

It is not known whether for patients with IBD the transition is a positive experience or if it can be difficult. Therefore, this questionnaire is importantly aiming to describe what the patient experience is like and also identify factors that support a positive transition, in order to make sure healthcare services provided are appropriate.

To view more detailed information about the questionnaire and to participate, please click this link:

If you have any questions please email [email protected]com

Thank you!
